Katherine Heigl has revealed her childhood in a white bubble and how that influenced the way she raised her adopted, multiracial kids. The "Firefly Lane" as well as "Grey's Anatomy" star shared in a recent interview that in regards to skin color -- she didn't care how she looked like, but after she spoke with her older sister whom she taken in from South Korea, she realized how differently society viewed each of both. In my interview, I inquired of Meg what she thought of her treatment when in public, regardless of whether we were with our parents, it was completely different. Meg replied, "Oh yeah, always!" Heigl told parents: "That was when I discovered how naive I resulted in me feeling." She admitted to becoming frustrated, but decided to channel that energy to aid adopt her daughters. Heigl has a son who is 4 years with Josh Kelley, her husband for the past 13 years. They have adopted Nancy Leigh from South Korea aged 12 years old in 2009. then Adalaide aged 8 who is now older and was Black in 2012.
